Leveraging over 30 years of senior executive and consulting experience, Steve helps organizations – particularly law firms, private equity firms, and other services firms – harness the power of Artificial Intelligence effectively. His current focus as a Senior Partner with NextAccess is integrating AI strategically to enhance client operations, drive growth, and improve outcomes, drawing upon his extensive background leading go-to-market (GTM) functions and complex organizational transformations.

Throughout his operating career in multiple SaaS organizations, executive positions at IBM, and CEO of two startups, Steve has demonstrated a consistent ability to optimize performance and scale operations. He has led initiatives that redesigned revenue organizations for greater productivity, built high-growth GTM strategies from the ground up, unified cross-functional data and processes for better alignment (a key precursor to successful AI), and implemented sophisticated business intelligence systems. This hands-on experience in strategy, operations, and data ensures a practical, results-oriented approach to AI implementation.

Steve's background also includes roles as a Partner at TCG Advisors, CFO and SVP of Operations at TSIA, and SVP of RevOps at 8x8 (NASDAQ: EGHT), working across industries like legal, tech, telco, financial services, and logistics. This diverse experience informs his understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities facing service firms today.

Steve holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University. He publishes AI research multiple times a week on his Substack and LinkedIn.
