With over 25 years of experience spanning Fortune 500 companies, mid-market firms, and private equity-backed ventures, she brings a rare combination of operational insight, commercial creativity, and boardroom credibility. Tina’s career includes senior roles at Unilever, IFF, GfK, and leading strategy firms—where she led brand transformation, product innovation, and global market development across B2B and B2C sectors. Today, she works with executive teams to embed AI into brand and growth strategies that drive measurable business impact. Tina holds an MBA from The Wharton School, a BA from Yale, and an executive certificate from MIT.

Clint is a technology transformation architect who blends deep technical expertise with pragmatic business leadership. He has held global technology executive roles at GM and HP, mastered enterprise CRM and pricing platforms during a decade at Dell, and guided digital and revenue transformations across private equity and Fortune 500 clients. Clint’s experience includes streamlining RevOps systems, designing omnichannel e-commerce models, and building KPI frameworks—with a consistent focus on helping clients translate complex digital investments into real-world business impact. He holds a BBA in MIS from UT Austin. Before starting his business career, Clint played professional baseball for the Padres, Rangers, and Giants.

With deep experience growing P&Ls and leading cross-functional teams, Dorothea brings expertise in strategy, operations, marketing, and revenue growth. Earlier in her career, she worked in venture capital and strategy consulting. Today, Dorothea helps organizations translate AI’s potential into tangible business value, equipping leaders for what’s next. She holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA from Middlebury College.

Tasha holds an MBA from Wharton, an MA in Russian Studies from University of Chicago, an MA in Political Science and Ukrainian History from Kyiv State University, and a BA from Hamilton College.

Dario has played a key role in six PE-backed exits, including the successful sale of his own online training venture.
