With over 25 years of experience, Scott serves as a Senior Partner with NextAccess and a trusted advisor to leading private equity and venture capital firms. He is also an investor in numerous VC-backed technology companies spanning software, hardware, energytech, biotech, healthtech, and deeptech.

Scott’s entrepreneurial background includes founding and successfully exiting technology companies such as Notification Technologies and MUSICVIDEOS.COM. His corporate experience includes strategy consulting at Montgomery & Co., where he advised leading organizations in enterprise software, telecom, consumer media, and aerospace/defense industries. He also was a management consultant at Theodore Barry & Associates, where his focus was operational improvement and deregulation in the energy and telecom sectors.

In addition to his professional work, Scott maintains active leadership roles in several organizations, serving as Chapter Co-Chair of the Wharton Private Equity & Venture Capital Alumni Association, Advisory Board Member of the Randall Lewis Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Lead Mentor with Techstars, and Advisory Board Chair of the Gould Center for Humanistic Studies.

Scott holds an M.B.A. in Private Equity Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Economics and Psychology from Claremont McKenna College, where he graduated magna cum laude.
